Explosvie comments from American tennis star Serena Williams regarding the Steubenville rape case. During an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine, coverage of the rape trial came on TV. Williams is quoted as saying the 16-year-old girl "shouldn't have put herself in that position."
Williams also said, "I'm not blaming the girl, but if you're a 16-year-old and you're drunk like that, your parents should teach you -don't take drinks from other people."
Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond were found "delinquent" of raping the girl. They were sentenced to a juvenile detention center. Williams went on to say she thought the suspects "did something stupid", but didn't know if the punishment was fair. Serena Williams made some controversial comments about the Steubenville rape case.
She is quoted as saying the 16-year-old girl "shouldn't have put herself in that position." What she said about the football players and their punishment coming up at 6:15 on Channel 11 Morning News.

Fan vent and question: Well i was engaged for 2 months and wit the guy for 3 months. Ya i know stupid. But last night we broke up cuz i caught him snoopping throw my phone to c who im talking to and what we r talking about. Well then after he leaves i had to call the cops on him to get the phone he stole from me back so he brings it back and says it was at his work, which was a lie. Was it wrong of him to hid it and then say he lost it, which he had to give it back since i took the service off it and was it wrong if him to say it was at his work when we know it wasnt cuz we took him there to look for it and it wasnt there, also he keeps claiming i cheated cuz i was emailing and texting a guy i have knewn for years. He also smokes fake weed and eats and drinks like a pig and always wants to sleep or play on the computer. He does work but doesnt make much. Please help me move on from him.

I met someone, he was already involved with a married woman, but I asked for him to make our relationship exclusive. Which he did, however a few months down the track, he ran into her and what was said or done, the flames were reignited. So of course he is now back with her. Why do women put out messages when they know someone is involved with someone else, can't they let the relationship run its course. Very hurtful, I am still friends with the man he didn't sleep with her while we were together but said that he is love with her, would he not have known he was in love with her before he got together with me. I feel like I was some kind of catalyst for them to decide to be together, and basically devastated. I feel you can decide who you fall in love with, if you are with someone, or you know someone is involved, you just don't go there. If you want to play the field be single, really how hard is that? When I was married I had chances to play up if I wanted to but put my relationship first, most people at some stage are going to be attracted to the opposite sex, just whether you act on those impulses or not is the question. Lil Wayne: It was never my intention to desecrate the flag of the United States of America. I was shooting a video for a song off my album entitled "God Bless Amerika". The clip that surfaced on the Internet was a camera trick clip that revealed that behind the American Flag was the Hoods of America. In the final edit of the video you will see the flag fall to reveal what is behind it but will never see it on the ground. In most people eyes including my own who were raised in that environment, the Hood is the only America they know and the only America I knew growing up. I was fortunate from my God giving talents to escape the Hood and see the other beautiful places this country has to offer but most people who are born in that environment don't get that chance.
