Ingredients:
2 cups crab meat
16 oz. cream cheese (2 blocks)
1/2 cup sour cream
4 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
1. First, soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about a minute.
2. Chop your green onions. Add them and your two cups of crab meat .
3. Add the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, powdered sugar, garlic powder and lemon juice.

8 Slices Provolone Cheese
4 Large Green Bell Peppers
1 Medium Sweet Onion
1 pound White Mushrooms
3 Tbs. Butter
3 Tbs. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper – to taste
DIRECTIONS
Slice a thin piece off each pepper lengthwise, remove ribs and seeds.
Slice onions and mushrooms. Saute over medium heat with butter, olive oil, and a little salt and pepper. Saute until onions and mushroom are nice and caramelized. About 25-30 minutes. Salt and pepper the steak and saute in a little olive oil until just not pink. About 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400*
Add steak to the onion/mushroom mixture and stir to combine.
Line the inside of each pepper with a slice of provolone cheese.
Fill each pepper with meat mixture until they are overflowing.
Top each pepper with another slice of provolone cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese on top is golden brown.     Richard Murray James C Askin

JAMES CLEMENS placed 16 runners on the HUNTSVILLE ALL-METRO CROSS COUNTRY TEAM! The following schools participated: Columbia, Grissom, Huntsville, Lee, Bob Jones, James Clemens, Buckhorn, Hazel Green, Madison County, Sparkman, Madison Academy, Pope John Paul II Catholic, Randolph, Whitesburg Christian Academy.

James Clemens was the ONLY school to place in each division!

James Clemens VARSITY BOYS TEAM finished as the 2nd place team taking home the RUNNER-UP trophy! The following BOYS made the ALL-METRO TEAM by finishing in the top 15 runners in the 3 mile race

LOUISIANA HOT CRAB DIP
Ingredients:
1/2 pound jumbo lump crabmeat, free of shells
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
3 tablespoons minced green onions (white and green parts)
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Combine all of the ingredients in a casserole dish and gently stir until thoroughly mixed. Adjust seasoning to taste. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until lightly golden on top. Serve hot.

Serve hot, with hot sauce on the side for those who like it spicy.
