Strangely, invoices from VistaJet Company give the figures of Ksh 25 Million, as first payment of the year. Who is fooling who? My friend Dennis Itumbi is struggling to defend this extravagant behavior oblivious of the current insecurity, flood menace and the need to cut down our recurrent expenditure.
