I normally just go running (around the neighborhood), but lately have been swimming laps at the indoor public pool one day a week just to switch things up. I have never been one to push myself too hard, but I do like to do something active at least a few times a week! :)

Indications have emerged this afternoon that the opposition APC has put final touches to a warm welcome for Rivers state governor,HON.CHIBUIKE ROTIMI AMAECHI if he loses his aspiration to be re-elected as the chairman of Nigerian Governors Forum,NGF,a body comprising of all the 36 states governors in the country,holding today.Addressing newsmen in Abuja this morning after a close-door meeting with some stalwarts of the APC,a close aide of the governor who did not want his name in print,alleged that the leadership of the PDP was working against the re-election of his boss,and that they were not putting their eggs in one basket.He said the meeting was held at the instance of the governor and the leadership of APC,who were not in attendance for obvious reasons.
“If they succeed in disgracing him out considering the formidable forces against him,do you expect him to still remain in the party?“,he asked.“If that happens,God forbid,we will definately cross over to the opposition“,he concluded.
A chieftan of the APC who was at the meeting told pressmen that “Amaechi is a prodigal son,we are waiting anxiously for his return,we will give him a rousy welcome and cloth him with the finest cloths.We pray he returns home soonest“.
The election of the NGF chairman will be held in few hours time,three governors;Shema,Yuguda and Amaechi,the incubent,all of the ruling PDP are in the race.

Trying to simply wish someone RIP and raise money for charity has led to being accused of being affiliated to far right groups. We liked many pages to get this page in front of the masses. Unfortunately one of these pages has been singled out to try and taint our purpose.
Makes me think that it is pointless trying to do something good, and in future not to do nothing at all.
As for our graphics being 'their' graphics it is called the union jack. Its affiliated to our country and everyone in it.
Now I am in a difficult situation as I dont want to be dragged into politics, but I dont want to close this page as it stands for something.

Right - enough is enough! We as a page will not allow the racist hate filled comments and posts to continue. I am fed up to the back teeth of being accused of being Politically Correct today when asking for people to show some respect and not make such comments. We appreciate that there are now 23,000 new Likers on this page in the last 30 hours - however a tiny minority of these are here simply to make trouble and rest assured they will not be staying long. As of now all this stops once and for all. Yes we are all saddened and very upset by the tragic death of Drummer Rigby but please do not forget that whilst people have been arguing among themselves today over 5000 British Soldiers are on duty in Afghanistan and are being shot at and having IED's laid in their path to kill them. I don't see those mouthing off on here hopping on a plane to go out there and "do something about it" although I'm sure our lads and lasses on the front line would appreciate the help.
